Chelsea Star Eden Hazard Rules Out PSG Transfer

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has ruled out ever joining Paris Saint-Germain but believes the French team can defeat Liverpool in the Champions League.

Liverpool won the last time both teams met at Anfield 3-2 but Hazard says things could go the other way this time.

PSG have won their 14th league match in a row this weekend with a 1-0 win over Toulouse without Neymar and Mbappe.

“In terms of the level of Ligue 1, PSG walk it each weekend. When they play in the Champions’ League, they think maybe that it will be easy," Hazard told French TV Show Canal.

"But I think that they struggle. I don’t like to judge Ligue 1 but it is true that, when I see PSG, yes it seems too easy.

“Liverpool are a great team, with three top attackers in Salah, Firmino and ManĂ©.

"But PSG can beat anyone. On a good day, PSG can beat everybody,” said Hazard.

Hazard has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid for years now and was close to leaving the Blues in the summer.

Earlier this season, He made it clear that playing for Los Blancos is a "dream".

However, The 27-year-old also revealed he has been contacted by PSG but ruled out ever joining the club

“I had contacts with PSG, but it did not tempt me.

"I have always said that if I came back to Ligue 1 it would be to Lille,” he told Canal.
